How I can make custom user icons pictures and designs?
I see fresh user icons (avatars) and blog or myspace layouts all the time that people have obviously made some kind of overlapping pictures and editing program. What I know is: Is this a program that have to get on their own, like photoshop? Or are there generators out there that do this (and if so, where I can find them?)?
