Please help! I have a banner made through painting, how do I put it on Myspace now?

So I created a banner and stored on my desk. I have no idea how to put this on Myspace. Is there a site that can help me do this … and walk me through this? (A website that does not staples in the bottom: "get your free banner written by visiting xxx.com ') I have no idea how to use HTML / / or whatever … haha
