How to find that special someone this holiday season
The holidays have the ability to bring out the best and worst of us. We all look desire to give and receive gifts, but let's face it: being alone in the holiday of shit! The solution? Find a date or a partner to spend the holidays with. Do not carry in the New Year with a remote control and a six pack of their favorite beer – do something fun!
Let me give a brief summary of the holiday season last year. I will use my friend Paul for illustrative purposes (sorry Paul!). Now my friend Paul loves the ladies. But I'm the first to admit he is really demanding. Paul bookish brunette likes to share his interest in cars. Paul is a mechanic (Find a bookish girl who is in the car like a puzzle, Right?).
So Paul was going to spend the holidays alone again until I suggested MySpace. "You know, there are many hot girls on MySpace," I said, "why not try to connect to one of the parties?" Paul rolled his eyes at me, but reluctantly agreed to create a MySpace profile. What they have to lose? After all, MySpace is free and easy to use.
After he enrolled in MySpace Paul started sailing through of their personal photographs. I knew a picture would increase their chances of finding a date for the holidays. He chose a photo that showed his best asset – her body murderer! FYI: Women love a guy with a great physique. Within ten seconds, Paul uploaded your photo to your MySpace profile and began to browse profiles the girls really hot!
"This year will be different," Paul thought to himself: "I'm not going to spend the holidays in peace." He had the right attitude. Too many kids spend the holidays feel sad when they could use MySpace to find the perfect girl. After all, MySpace is one of the most popular social networking sites on the Internet. There are plenty of happy couples that met through MySpace. If they could find happiness, why not a such as Paul?
So with some trepidation, Paul began searching for ages 18 to 21 local women who were on MySpace. He was interested in women who used the site for dating and relationships. He said to mark off a few boxes.
His search brought up a list of women who met your search criteria. After looking at several profiles, Paul ran into the profile of a really beautiful girl called Amber. He clicked on his picture to see the rest of your profile. "Wow" he thought to himself, "a girl with a cat named Hemmingway who loves working on cars?" Impossible! " But when you presented with millions of members of the opposite sex, anything is possible! I know MySpace had more than 127 million users.
After reading your profile, Paul decided to write a message of amber. Like most kids, after writing the message, Paul was reluctant to send. I was not sure how Amber was about to answer if she responded at all. He closed his eyes and click "send." He thought how nice it would spend the holidays with an attractive woman as amber. Within moments, Amber said. I could not believe.
At first, Paul felt insulted by the response of Amber. Was your profile too clear? Did I need to pimp your profile? It took a good look at him and decided that it was rather lame. He immediately called me wonder how I could pimp profile. Amber read e-mail by phone and told him to start looking for a fresh design. "She's so hot," he said, "No one can be a Grinch about this girl! "And laughed in response. As soon as he hung up, Paul used a search engine to find cool MySpace layouts.
Paul was overwhelmed by the number of results. He browsed through a few websites before selecting one that had more than 300 free MySpace layouts. Was decided to pimp your profile and impress amber, and any other ladies who shared their interests. After a few moments, Paul found a design that was really impressive. Code is inserted in the "Interests" field in your profile. The profile became a striking social statement in a moment. Even sent a Christmas joke as its first newsletter.
An hour later, Paul had a new MySpace "friend request." Guess who? That's right. It was Amber. Paul immediately loved it and started the conversation through MySpace messages. Communication between Paul and Amber was stable for several weeks. Meanwhile, Paul said several female "friends" to your contact list.
Unfortunately, Paul and Amber could not take their relationship to the next level. While Paul desperately wanted to meet her in person, Amber wanted to do something exciting. His idea of the perfect date was not to sit on the couch of Paul. Amber presented Paul with a number of ideas for a day: ice skating, dancing holidays, including Christmas shopping, to which Paul replied: "I really do not have the money to leave. "
Obviously, this was a real turn off. The purpose of going on a date is out! Why would anyone want to spend the holiday interiors season?
This example of two people who use MySpace to connect to the holidays resulted in disappointment. If Paul had a steady source of income, would been able to take Amber out on a date and give a holiday gift. While this scenario is unfortunate, that happens to many children every day! They inevitably end up spending leave alone each year.
This year, Paul decided to make things right. Vowed never to repeat the same mistakes he did last holiday season. I am happy to report that Paul now has a steady income since he learned to make money on MySpace. He dates many this holiday season you have to look at a calendar before he can offer to have a girl!
So guys, do not sit at home feeling sorry for yourself this holiday season. The ladies swoon on types that can be done for a while. If you want to find a girl to spend the holidays with, is not too late. Paul did and what you can!
