I have an idea of mp3 website, is this illegal. ?
I am interested in creating a new website like imeem and although I playlist.com provide a service where you can upload the MP3 to my server, and anyone can listen to it, and put it on his myspace. No download. Although I will hide the URL, and prevent persons download the MP3 file from my website, this would be illegal. The creator of the sound will be given full credit for the song, and you can re-download, and never be resold. I need to know if this process is illegal as soon as possible. More illegal for LIMEWIRE! Uploading copyrighted material is illegal for the sender. copyrighted material is illegal to play in the place of accommodation. download copyrighted material freely available is not illegal to download but for the accommodation and the original supplier.
