What is the html you need to put a background on myspace?

I want to be stretched to fit the page, scroll fixed (non-mosaic) tables need to be transparent so that the sample through bg, and want to edit the scroll bar and text colors as I want. What is the html for this? it doesn't work?

Do not use html – css is used for this purpose.

Where it says Image URL, put the direct link "of your image or Photobucket are just rumors. You can not do" stretched to fit the page "if the image is not enough great – no code it will.
