overcoming addiction to social networking sites?

well … you see I have a normal problem i get addicted to social networking sites and I still think to have a strong feeling and encourage the entry and see if there are any comments or posts on the wall of my facebook or orkut detect traces. I was very, very addicted Orkut and MySpace and finally erased forever. Now the same problem with twitter and facebook. To avoid addcition i have not chosen to maintain the network connection on your phone, but still dosnt help that get into my account, at least 10 times a day through the PC. This is affecting my mental state and also the studies i deactivate my facebook for my exams are about to start and the thing is as long as the account is disabled I forget that I have an account in its interior but the same problem as soon reoccours how to activate it. ps – I can not delete my accounts when the only way to maintain contact with my friends in the world busy. Please give a solution that i can hav control entry about myself and once a week. thanks in advance:)

.. You already have the inner strength / power is needed to put this in perspective positive. If you can delete or close accounts, you have the power in your car to put on a healthy lifestyle. When I first got my computer connected, I knew well enough so that I too could become obsessed with staying there for hours at a time. I wrote about a table with the hours I stopped use. Still out of control on two occasions, and stopped at the same time. Now I use it only in the morning for 2 hours or less, and check my emails at night. Took about a week to make this my regular routine / habit, if it goes all … I had seen someone I know well stay on your computer all day and half the night, neglecting her children and herself, so I knew before I have mine what could happen and I had already fought and defeated other obsessions / addictions in my life … I really think you can do this if you set your mind to it, since it is only the behavior to be modified, unlike an addictive substance ingested. Be careful, take your personal self-control
