Now you can tag people in your messages Facebook. Before you can tag people in photos, now you can do in your message, too. I love this feature because when I talk about my son, I can link to your profile and people know exactly who I'm talking about. Can click through her profile and read about it and see who it is.

To think that I do not like about this feature is that only puts the full name of the person. I like to refer to my son as Nick. The tool puts his name as Nick Roeder. So instead of me saying, "Nick won the bicycle race today." It said: "Nick Roeder won the bike race today." What sounds pretty strange because I'm talking about my own son, do not you think?

I have to say, I'm really surprised at how many large companies are still not using the power of social networks. I started a new "day job" in a fairly large company (who shall remain nameless) and was more than a little surprised to see how behind the times they are.

They have a site LinkedIn, but it is only for workers to join. No network happens to everyone, none that I can see anyway. They have a Facebook, but only after about three times a year.
