How cna I can make a myspace it looks like this? DIV I think it is?

Well, I have 2.0 and I have understood that can not be changed to 1.0 if you have created your myspace after April 2009? Anyway, how I can get a design like this? And I do not want to go to a creator or designer because do not know how to do that! Hope I explained what I wanted enough …
