How to download, convert and burn YouTube videos to DVD with Nero Vision and / or Nero 7 Ultra?

I wish I could download. Flv format videos from Google, MySpace and YouTube, etc., so you can burn to DVD to play in most stand alone DVD players. I am using Nero 7 Ultra Nero Vision 4. Does anyone know anyway to do this? The DVD collection is not for commercial use. I want to be able to show my youth group. I like some of the slideshows people have put together. How I can accomplish this. I am not looking for free videos, if there is a way to get these costs and that is perfectly fine. Can anyone help? Please advise. I have no idea what the formats to use to convert or what formats are compatible with DVD. I am using a HP 1040 external USB DVD burner which is equipped with LightScribe. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am very new to burning DVDs and really know very little about it. But yes I have more than knowledge about computers for beginners. Thank you and God bless!
